We will work on confidence and technique in answering questions, ensuring higher standards are achieved, through on going assessment and giving work each week to reinforce continuous learning.

What we do
We will be working on all aspects of 11+, continuing to strengthen what is understood already and working on weaknesses, to accommodate students who wish to gain entrance to the local schools which require specific testing.
We support with Maths, English & Science for KS1, KS2 & 3, to help students who are struggling and want to improve their knowledge of these subjects.
TUITION Buddies is an innovative educational initiative designed to foster collaborative learning among students. This programme allows students to work with peers or mentors who share similar academic goals, creating a supportive environment where they can help each other understand complex subjects, prepare for exams, and develop effective study habits.
The idea behind TUITION Buddies is to leverage peer-to-peer interaction to enhance understanding and retention of material, making learning more engaging and less isolating. By working together, students can build confidence, improve their academic performance, and develop valuable communication and teamwork skills that will benefit them throughout their educational journey and beyond.
Future Intentions
Eventually we will support those doing GCSE’s and Adults who need help and support with these subjects. People who want to improve English speaking.
Our vision is every child is looked at Holistically. They progress positively through working collaboratively. We believe all children have the potential to achieve and we strive to help them do so.
Tuition Buddies name came about, as it is dedicated to my late French Bulldog ‘Buddy’, he was an amazing companion to me in some of my toughest times. Buddy was always so happy, energetic and such a wonderful character and hence this is my was of keeping his legacy alive by using his name in my business.
Our Programs for excellence
Our Profile: We are a team of teachers who have been teaching 18yrs and more, We all have QTS status and have completed Post Graduate Certificate for Education. We are fully DBS checked, We are certified for Safeguarding, health & safety etc.
The Business has a reception area for parents to either drop off their children or are welcome to stay and wait.
Children will either be in group sessions of 1:4 or can be 1:2 ratio. Although they will be taught based on their individual requirements.
All students will be assessed individually prior to commencing tuition, by using a baseline test for their age and requirements. We will establish what they already understand and what needs improving.
